I certainly had a more chilled one this year, maybe having a monster cold forced me to do so. Nevertheless, I do feel more motivated and energised, so I can work on the business and continue to serve our clients and create value. Taking time out, also helped me to gain clarity & perspective on my services. Every year, I undertake a business audit; important, especially if you haven’t taken a look at your business pre & post-Covid. My Lady PA Business and Marketing Planning session is booked in my calendar and I use this day to evaluate and plan for the coming year.
I always find it useful and it provides me with a sense of calm to know my direction and priorities, so I thought I would share some of the questions as a download to help you with yours.

Who do not necessarily know what they want nor need our minimum 5 hours but we're available when you need us for a call/assistance; if you get stuck, help on any documents, want to use your 1 hour to go through your calendar for the month, or need help with any reminder, pay bills and so on.
It can be a great sense of relief sometimes knowing someone is there if you need support.
Also, remember to be kind to yourself. No business is going to hit every single milestone in a year - you'll no doubt ride the ebbs and flows of the business world - but set your ultimate goal and that will keep you travelling in the right direction.
