  • Any business requirements outside Monday to Friday, 9-5pm are billable.

  • From commencing of contract, all phone calls relating to 'your service' between Lady PA and the client is time tracked and is part of the hourly rate.

  • Any additional costs as part of your package / service, will be invoiced upon completion or per month.

  • We are more than happy to do on-site work, although this will incur additional charges.

  • You've run out of hours? We can opt for another package or an additional hour will cost £30.

  • Time is tracked to the nearest hour and unused hours are not carried over to the next month.
