I had an amazing massage here personally! You're in the heart of London, and it does feel so quiet and zen when you enter. However, it is small, and I would only suggest coming for one of their experiences (it's not an all-day 'Spa' sort of thing. More treatment rooms with a few extras).

--> Light or hard workout in the gym 1 hour before 💪
